Came to look at an apartment. Nearly got run over crossing the street as cars FLEW through the complex! People seem to use their patios and grass to store their belongings - it looks like a junk yard! Rent is super high for what you get. Go up the street to The Groves - they will give you a 2 bedroom for less than Rolling Green's 1 BR and they will work with you, and are happy to have you. I rented at The Groves and am glad Rolling Green was too difficult to work with - they did me a BIG favor !!
