I looked into renting here recently. The first person I had talked to a few weeks prior to going down had just 'up and quit' so I ended up talking to another office gal and then a few moments with the property manager. That were it got interesting, I found the property manager to be extremely rude. I was very shocked at her attitude and pretty much didn't waste anymore of my time.
If its like that as a potental renter, I'd hate to think what it's like once I sign the dotted line..
