Under new management Sherwood park apts was purchased by Universal Management in the fall of 2008. THANK GOD!!! they have made so many changes with commona area upgrade (lights, carpets, paint and new parking lots)

Not recommended I have lived here about 3 years. It's advertised as a luxury apartment complex, but it's far from that. Office staff is not helpful, maintenance gets worse every year. I have never felt particularly safe here, although I've never been actually threatened.

Ok Average place super high rent increasing every year. Tennis court was out of commision. Pool is always overcrowded. Always ended up parking in back as no assigned parking. Had a storage space I was not even told about until I was moving out.
