Never any hot water I have only lived here since aug of 2011 and i hate it here is never any hot water,trash everywere, lights in the back never work and i am right by the woods. I tell management about the hot water all the time , nothing ever gets done.

I enjoy it here Ever since the new manager came things are looking better. She seems to be on top of everything. They got the ac units working for everyone quick this year due to the warmer weather we were having.
Landscapers were already working to make it look its best.
I have great neighbors.

We love it here my family just moved here from rolling green across the street and we made the right choice.the maintenace and office people are on top off their game and have been welcoming and extremely responsive. I geuss it has changed management recently and they have put much needed love into

Good Choice We have been living here for about a year and have been pleasantly suprised. We heard that the reviews were not up to par, but I already moved in and she was suprised how nice it looked. There are some bads i.e.(kids in hallways, in the road and parking lot) but besides that

Under new management Sherwood park apts was purchased by Universal Management in the fall of 2008. THANK GOD!!! they have made so many changes with commona area upgrade (lights, carpets, paint and new parking lots)
