Alright for a First Apartment - This was my first apartment with my fiance. At first everything was great. Then we had some neighbors move in from another country and the smell of their cooking was awful. My friends hating coming over because of the smell. Very Nice I lived at Stoney Brook in the early 90s, and have visited since then. Very nice, comfortable place. Respectful tenants, great office staff. Reasonable rent at the time. Very clean, as maintenance was constantly vacuuming, cleaning, mowing, etc. Only moved

I love it I couldn't be happier with my aparment at Stoney Brook Village. I live in a big two bedroom apartment and ever since the day I moved in I've felt great. All my neighbors are great and the office staff during the week(I haven't met the weekend lady)has been more than helpful.

great place to live Never heard our neighbors at all, very quiet. Great fast friendly maintenance response, near shops (is located right behind a small shopping center). 10 min drive to commuter rail.

Nice Apartment very good apartment. maintenance staff response is very good. rent was good when we started. they have increased it by $130 in last 2 years. not many shopping or groceries around.

an excellent place to live Presently going through renovation of the public areas of each building, the apartments are well maintained (although air conditioners are old and inefficient). Parking is difficult, but soundproofing of connecting walls is excellent.

Excelent place to live, wish we had the same in NH We lived in a 2 bed room apartment which had more then enough room. There were more closets then rooms. The living room was so big, I was able to fit a complete living room set, entertainment center, large computer desk and formal dinning room
