Except the management rest all OK. Pros: easy walk to train station, shopping, calm place to live. Cons: 1. Walls/floors are so thin, so kids cannot live in middle or upper level. 2. Property manager never polite rather she only dictates to tenants and only favors those who gives complaining of neighbors 3 . Even you can hear snoring sound by your neighbors. Otherwise as with any other rental property teeny things that one has to get used to, there is nothing great to say.
