They are fine, good location

1. Units tend to be small by modern standards.
2. Units was in good repair, Dishwasher stove/oven were older. Frige was new, but was small and they used Roper ( which is a cheap version of one of the major brands )
3. Time to remodel both the kitchen and bathrooms.
4. Some problems with mold
The appartments are part of a larger condo complex. The condo owners have spent a bit of money trying to raise property values by doing a lot of grounds work
1. Pool is not bad. It tends to be crowded only on very hot days.
2. Apartments are walking distance to MBTA West Natick commuter rail train station. 25 minutes by express train to Back Bay, 30 minutes by express train to South Station.
