what a nightmare

The place has been abused by tenants in the building such as broke or punch holes in walls, glass door (entrance). Have police come in and break the door due of compliant or break a law and have a person arrested. Police on patrol and keep eye on the community almost frequently. Almost half of these apartments are druggies and bullies people. Parking lot seems enough, but many of non-residents have taken over the resident parking lot, they don't park their cars on the vistor parking. Towing trucks suppose to tow cars away if non resident.. the staff and landlord has done nothing to put effort to stop. Noisy neighborhood which I can feel and hear with very thin walls and vibrate comes from second floor, which it was annoying. Dogs dungs everywhere near the outside the buildings, which tenants don't pick it up and creepy neighborhood.
