Decent co-operation of maintenance needs w/ mgt. Property is landscaped nicely and often. No washer machines available in apt* So tenants need to walk to other buildings to do laundry in most cases. Rubbish is disposed of at central dumpster on the grounds, all within a 2 minute walk or 15 second car ride from any apartment. No large dogs (inconsistant policy on that).
Only one off street parking spot, others are kept on street. Swimming pool is not open as often as the Mgt would tell you. Fitness Ctr is ample. Mixed bag of tenants, not too much trouble in the 1.6 years I've been here. Good location near Dartmouth Mall, Golf Course, public transportation, restaurants. Considering rates, management and floor space, I'd give the apartments the rating of a high 6 or perhaps a 7 out of 10.
