I moved in six months ago. The surroundings are great. Nice, safe neighborhood. Everthing else is a joke. They should be arrested for fraud. They advertise tennis court, there is not net, they advertise pool, it is July, pool still not opened. The basketball court is falling apart. When you call for maintance, it takes weeks for something non complex. It is a dissapointment. If there was anyone who cared about this propery, it could be worth every penny.
