If I Weren't Buying A House, I Would Stay

Have been here for almost six years. Am buying a house. Distressed prices and the $8000 tax credit have made it possible. Otherwise, I would stay, reasonable rent, great facilities, staff and maintenance. Building is on the Historic Registry as I understand it. I suspect that my place will be rented shortly after I leave. Apartments don't last long here.
