Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have lived in Verdean gardens for almost a year now and it's great! There is maintence staff on the site everyday and on call 24/7 in case of an emergency. Gives me great peace of mind. There are laundry facilities on each property which makes it very convient. Also off street parking which is hard to find. Also heat and hot water are included also, it's great and I am sure I will be here for a while. Thanks
