Nice/quiet place to live

Nice area and the maintenance crew are really great and helpful. I do like where I live being that I am from Memphis and the cost of living is very high up here for the amount of space you get in the apartment. For what I am paying now, I could get this same apartment in Memphis or Pensacola, FL for approx. $475 or even lower. Other than that this is a great place to live.
