the apartment itself is nice and well kept, well mines is at least but your neighbors are loud and ignorant , parking is impossible here, you always have to fight for parking, there is laundry here , 2 washers 2 dryers that absolutely suck and take all of your money, when maintence is being done outside it is so loud and disturbing, also trash pick up is nightmare at 5 in the morning, talk about a wake up call.

i disagree with this posting. I lived here for very long time and the apt and building is really nice so are neighbors.
