If I Weren't Buying A House, I Would Stay - Have been here for almost six years. Am buying a house. Distressed prices and the $8000 tax credit have made it possible. Otherwise, I would stay, reasonable rent, great facilities, staff and maintenance. Building is on the Historic Registry as I understand it.
