If I ever had a problem, the landlord was there to help. Very on top of things. Rent's good, quality's good. Only reason I left was for a bigger house for my family. If you rent anywhere in Newburyport, rent here. Great locations as well!

Though most of Karelis' apartments are barebones (no dishwasher or w/d hookups, somewhat limited parking), they are good quality and in very nice neighborhoods. Definately worth a look.
