Pool heater not working for grand opening on Memorial Day weekend and for several weeks beyond
Flood damage to multiple apartments
Tiny kids playground
If you're in building 2, big schlep to get to concierge desk for everyday packages etc. Think snow.
There are mice in multiple apartments.
Extremely expensive
Can hear the neighbors above VERY easily, thin ceilings
