ok to live but not worth the money/family envir, not really

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
The place is nice, not too friendly for famlies, more business like community. Office staff always pleasant but price is over 2200 a month. Parking is another 150 dollars. Children are not allowed to go anywhere unless they are teenagers. They have a park and a basketball court, that's about it for the kids.
