I have never written a review before but I feel I need to because of the horrific treatment I received at this location. The staff simply lies. I obtained a moderate income apartment(told it could take years) but got called in 2 days by Tim Murphy. He happened to know people that I do so it really helped!!! I could go on and on about the issues and uncaring people who work at Avalon. Please get everything in writing because they tend to conveniently forget or simply make "MISTAKES". Not only that, the noise factor makes it really difficult for peace and quiet. You can hear people walking above you, the noise on either side of you and everything in the hallways. Be careful of the move out. They will charge you for everything possible to collect some extra cash. I had 2 floods while I was there. Took them over 1 week to put a fan in the bedroom to dry out the carpet. Simply put, it was the worst living experience I have ever had. This is an unbiased opinion of what I experienced. If I can stop 1 person from moving in there it will be worth it.
