Homes Inc. is a horrible rental & property management company. Do not rent from them. They are cheap, sneaky, and can not be trusted. For example, when I rented my apartment, the landloard, Carolyn Turchon, said the place came with off street parking. When the apartment was shown to me & my roommate, the ample sized parking lot was pointed out to us. What Homes Inc. failed to mention was that they were double dipping with the parking spaces in the lot. You see, they rented out half of the spaces to local business people or commuters from the hours of 7AM to 5PM. If you parked in one of these spaces at night and your car wasn't moved by 7AM it would be towed. Because of this, there were not enough parking spaces for the rent paying tennants. We checked the lease & of course there was some fine print that we missed that would have made it difficult to fight the landloard in court. It was just cheaper to move.

Be smart & stay away from these folks.
