I have been in a preservation property now for 2 years and I'm so glad the lease is ending. They are a realtor in Newton renting apartments for owners. When they show you apartments, the first will be something in your price range (or so they say) and will be in horrible condition. They next step up to something at the upper end of your range that is mediocre. Lastly, they'll show you something that looks goods, but is higher than your range. It's also something they've been trying to unload for a while. I would never use them again. Also the landlords they work for are weasels. Get everything in writing on the lease or you are out of luck. Don't use them!
