Now, it has been a long time since I lived there but from what I see things have really gone downhill. When I lived there Mr. Boesse was the superintendant and he got things fixed. The only problem was when Virgina Gould ran the place she was like the wicked witch of the east. You would be yelled at if you walked on one blade of grass but yet she wouldn't do anything about the druggies that were running around up there.

Luckily I moved out before they went to the gas stoves. That was a total nightmare. They even had a fire in one of the apartments right after they converted to gas.

Parking was a nightmare. You had one assigned place if someone else didn't decide to park in it when you were gone.

The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that your neighbor is doing.

Dealing with the office staff was horrid. You had to fight with Virgina every time something broke down and needed replacement. The only way you would get anything replaced is if you threatened to not pay the rent or report them to the city. It's too bad because the place was a nice place to live when I was growing up there in the mid to late 80s.
