What a joke

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
 
This has been one of the worst apartment developments I have ever lived in. You get nothing but hassled by other tenants,and the management doesn't do anything about it. I see other people have had the same problems in the past. I only lived there 9 months and could not stand it anymore. DO NOT live there. I wouldn't live there for free. To hell with that place.
