I have found that not only is Mr. Ransford neglectful of the upkeep of his property, so is his staff. The electrician has messing up the jobs he does for Ransford Properties. The employees have been seen drinking alcohol and smoking pot while they were supposed to be working in a tenants apartment. The maintenance employees are careless and cob job their work, making the problem twice the problem. Good luck getting leaking roof, plumbing or heating issues that may occur after office hours, getting a hold of employees or Mr. Ransford. his office phone is forwarded to his house, but he does not respond in a timely manner or if at all. If you want cheaper rent,more hassles and you plan on putting your own time and money into repairs...rent from Mr. Ransford!!!
