braytonhill - I have lived here for about two years. I have had minimal problems. My neighbors can be loud at times but it usually earlier in the day or evening. My apartment was nice, but... We had a drug dealer & his ----- girlfriend living right next to us, and his beating her up and her screaming kept my kid up all night. The people that live in these complexes are all scum.

You dont want to live here You do want to live here because every year your rent goes up. It keeps getting more and more expensive. No one fixes anything when it needs to be done. All of the kids like to throw there wrappers on the ground and damage stuff.

What a joke This has been one of the worst apartment developments I have ever lived in. You get nothing but hassled by other tenants,and the management doesn´t do anything about it. I see other people have had the same problems in the past. I only lived there 9 months and could not stand it
