We moved here a few months ago. Largely, the maintenance people have been responsive within the guidelines set down by AIMCO. Everyone who works here is generally quite pleasant and responsive.
The roads and walkways are exceptionally well maintained during the winter, which is a boon for anyone who is disabled.
The apartments tend to be slightly on the cool side, which is probably the function of the concrete used as a construction material.
The rent is about average for the area so there are no complaints about that.
It is an exceptionally quiet place to live. One can go out and hear birds chirping and children laughing and playing or the rustle of squirrels in the leaves. It is a lovely place to go for a walk and enjoy the out of doors.
Our neighbors are quite nice and we enjoy the community aspect a great deal. Especially, we enjoy the blend of very young families, middle aged individuals and older folks as it contributes to a real community atmosphere.

Please write back after a couple years - not a couple months (and please include a check out the local competitive apartment complexes).
