It seems that a past resident(s) had a bad experience or that he/she was a bad tenant and brought poor service upon themselves. There rent is on par w/ most other places. The property is great, neighbors are nice, and the management has been attentive to any needs.
A past reviewer complained about some neighbors of a different race. I see that there is an even mix here and everyone seems nice and upright. I?m not a bigot, so I am not blinded by some strange rage.
I recommend this property. I?ll admit that I was alomost discouraged by some past reviews, but I gave it a chance and it paid off.
Pro?s: Gym, Pool, running route.

Every complex above a slum has the three 'pros' you listed. Overall, most people disagree with your review. With your self-righteous superior attitude, you sound like one of the management staff. If not, you only have a one year experience. Hardly enough to really and honestly rate this place and the local competition. PS a paying tenant CANNOT bring "poor service upon themselves"!. Their job is to put up with all tenants - and to do it nicely. You make an awful lot of ASSumptions about others for someone so self-righteous.
