lived here too long. getting out. have seen the changes in a downward spiral for many years. noisy, filled with uncontrolled numbers of children running wild all over the properties with no supervision. rent goes up @ 50-125 dollars a year, and they make no renovations until you move out for the next renter. also, not fussy about who they rent to or how many live in an apt. if you're looking for quiet, forget it. very transient type place.
