We lived there last year, for 1 year. We really miss the place, the huge apartment and the great grounds. The pool is wonderful, the community is really nice, there is even a kid's klub every other day on weekdays. There are other programs organized by the management, egg hunt, santa's visit, etc. Really good. There is a nice pond and nearby a playground. The excercise room is in a very good condition. Our only problem, which is why we moved out, was the very high heating cost. We lived on the top floor, which had a very high ceiling and the heat is electric!!!! The remodelled apartments are really nice. If you are not at home all day or you have no problem to pay that much for the heat, than I really-really recommend this complex!!!
We miss it very much!
Oh, about the noise: Telling the truth it really depends on the neighbour. We was not lucky, we had a young couple next to us who had parties every weekend and sometimes during the week. We asked them to party in their living room, I am sure we wouldn't hear them, but they didn't care about us or our newborn baby and they partied in the small bedroom for a year every single weekend!
But I am really sure that we just wasn't lucky, the community othervise was real nice, quiet old couples or young families.

by the way the pond is ridiculous. it is an old man made frog pond that can be viewed from route 114. (THAT is the reason it is there - for sales purposes only) It is usually dirty water, the area is just a mess with geese and pigeon droppings, the little gazebo is filthy. the 'fountains' are just pipes sending water into the air. They should fill the swamp in and put the land space to better use.

We agree with that response. You hardly ever see people out near the pond. Up close it is not a nice sight, from a distance it looks a little better. But it is generally useless.
