Maintenance is terrible and they are old and falling apart

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Maintenance didnt cover air conditioners this year. The apartments are really old, falling apart and out of date. They smell very moldy and the odor does not go away. Our counters are pealing and the floors are coming up. This is a terrible place to live.
