Recently received a renewal notification. It seems that my rent will go up by 100 USD.(from 1540 to 1640) However they lease same apartments for a lot less (1395). Management literaly stated to me "Take it or leave it !" so they prefer for me to move out and rent my apartment for a lot less to an outside person. It seems like discrimination ! I wonder if its a common practice for the management to give you a nice offer to motivate you to move in and then jack up the price !

On the other hand the quality of the apartments suck ! During winter wind blows through cracks in the windows - maintenance declared they can tape plastic foil on the windows ! - ridiculous response...(heating bill of 200 USD per month)- really - there are many newer and nicer appartments around !

I agreee it piss poor management to bring in a tenant and jack up rent by 150 a month after the first years lease ezpires see ya later!!! Beware of managment watch out for the retired belly dancer salesperson It fantasy island off of rte 114

The place reminds me of when you join a Health club This of this scenario: They bring you in at a reasonable rate you go enjoy for a while and some folks only go a couple of times and f ck off and stop working out ROYAL CRUST MANAGEMENT KNOWS STATISTICALLY TENANTS ONLY STAY ABOUT 2 YEARS. FIRST YEAR RENT PRICE GOOOD YOU LIKE IT AND SAY YA BABY I COULD STAY AWHILE AND JAMM SECOND YEAR THE STICK IT UP YOUR A..S FOR ANOTHER YEARS LEASE FOR 200 DOLLARS MORE WHY BECAUSE THEY WONT YA MONEY THE ARE FU...KIN SHWITSTAS.
