its a nice place

pretty flowers, nice pool nice extremly clean

common areas but i gotsta tell ya the place is over run by kids i think it was original diesigned for afluent professionals and retires not any more its playground city!

Because there are no common areas for the kids to play, you will look out your sliding glass door and see street hockey screaming kids on roller skates dashing in and out of were you park your car Dont expect to be able to open your windows its loud out there brother!!

Exactly......no place for children to be or play,instead monthy letters from the office with warnings. I would think that RC would take one of those tennis courts and turn then into some kind of play place for them.

Let's face it folks. Aimco and Flatley before that could care less if there are rowdy teens or screaming brats above or below you or outside your building running amok. Anything and anyone to fill a vacancy. Get it...
