agree i lived in CASA DE' ROyal during winter 2006 AND LET ME TELL YOU HEAT IS EXPLENSIVE.

Case in point about Managment responsiveness

The buliding have common areas that have windows
that can be opened at well.

Well during the most cold and blustery days of
January and February the tenants who lived above
us were constantly opening the window during sub zero temperatures.
I would open my door to exit my apartment and i kid you not it was colder than a withces titty.

I saw dollar bills fly out each time i opened the door

THIS WAS A TIME WHEN MANAGEMENT WAS SENDING OUT
ENERGY CONSERVATION TIPS TO SAVE ON ELECTRIC BILLS

WELL
I called management spoke to some smooth talking southern bell who is the manager. She said facilities would be right over and that they would send Some guy name Kurt over each day to make sure it was closed.

Well he came once. and the next day the tenant opened it up it was extremely cold

I waited a week and no response to closing window

finanlly i called 1 week later and they said
Captain Kurt would be over to close

NEVER EVA DID HE COME BY THE WHOLE WEINTER
I WENT UP STAIRS CLOSED WINDOW AND NEXT MORNING THE FREAKIN THING WOULD BE OPEN AGAIN
NEWVER DID MANAGEMENT APPROACH THIS TENANT TO CLOSE WINDOW

PISS POOR MANAGEMENT

MY ELECTRIC BILL 350. DOLLARS A MONTH

I WAS A GOOD TENANT

MANAGEMENT IS PISS POOR!!
