These reviews are right on the money. I rented there for 2 years. It was dirty, smelly, noisy, and unjustifiably expensive. They stopped caring about the caliber of tenants and now they rent to anyone who can write the check. In some cases, there are 3 families living in one apartment. Even the town knows the kind of people who live there and refuse to allow the RC children to go to the "good" grammar school and buses them to the other end of town.
My son was afraid to walk in the complex, especially after dark when several gangs would come out. I actually had one youth try to stare me down.
My apartment was next door to a building which housed a flute player who would open his windows at night and play the flute loudly and badly until all hours. I had to listen to that shrill, piercing noise all summer.

its the slums of Nort Andover Lotsa bad things happening at nite in this joint watch out for the loud rambling gangs of youths that take over every corner of this joint after dark and its loud brother!! keep your windows shut and the A/C CRANKED Cause the young folk will drive you shi..... House brother.......
