If your still living there, may I suggest getting out now while they are still ACTING friendly towards you, and while your still in good health. These people will turn on you and the apartment will make you sick. Get out now before it is too late!

Wow. You must have lived in a shack with an outhouse to think Rusty Crusty Estates is better than Maine. Either you have not been there long enough for the ugly truth to reveal itself, or your managment posting a false positive review. There cannot be any other explaination.

Hmm like the previous poster stated-its all relative to what you are comparing this to! lol I have been here 3 years and it has gone downhill ever since the new property manager and staff took over amost two years ago. This place has changed-ALOT. they dont seem to care who they rent too as long as they see the check.
