We have lived here going on 4 years now and will be moving as soon as our lease expires! This place has gone down hill ever since the new property manager took over two years ago. She cares more about filling vacancies than with the quality of tenants.
They raise your rent every year--they practically extort you into signing your lease a few months early, with the draw that you will get a smaller increase. They also bribe you with apt upgrades for that early signing --but they are things that should be part of a normal apt maintance program!! BUT! They dont offer you those uprades on that early signing date oh no they make you wait a few months to get them until your lease renewal date!

Gated Community'''' maybe if the guards werent sleeping and or left the guard shack they would be a deterant! We had a rash of car break ins during the summer --over the entire site-but management said they were "isolated" . Really' How does one describe "isolated" is it 10 20 30 40' Godforbid they add lighting to the parking lot

New management also changed the security people. They actually leave a sign out front telling the anyone who peers in that the guard is on patrol! Ya, down to the Dunkin Donuts. The parking lot there is safe from donut robbers! At night that gate is wide open and unattended way too much. And management did lie BIG lie about those break-ins, never even told us until the police presence was impossible to notice and people began talking about all the cars being attacked.

Yeah, avoid this place like the plague, they hike prices on you and mislead you about the terms of the lease
