This place since 2007 has been going down with people quality. a Bunch of Puerto Ricans have been moving in and they are dirty, impolite, not educated and the only reason they are here is because management do not check anything about these people. Before the old management used to check credit history, references and some other things that did not allow these kind of people to live here.
This management allows in each apartment 6 or more adults to live in one apartment, sometimes you see 2 or 3 families living in the same apartment and that's why they afford to live here. It stinks and when you go to the fitness room in the clubhouse all these people bring more Puerto Ricans from Lawrence to workout for free and the clubhouse looks very dangerous, no body cares in the office, they just do not do anything.

As soon as my lease expires next month I am leaving this dump. They can keep all these Puerto Ricans, and people living here will see the new Lawrence. Go to other apartments more expensive and still checking credit history and legal status to live in the country. Avalon is one good company.

And rent, be careful they give rate based on the color of your skin. White, you get it more expensive , Puerto Ricans they get it for less than 1300, who knows why'

Royal Crest was dirty & disgusting when I lived there in 2004-2005...we barely lasted a year there! Obviously, they are getting worse. There are deffinitely, absolutely better places to live. My apartment was completely riddled with MOLD!! We all got sick... People, if you care about your health & your family FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX!

Wow..I live there and love the place. I am sorry you experience was bad, but I don't think they rent due to color, because I am white and pay less than 1300 a month. It has to do with the unit and market conditions, and currently renters are hard to come by. I am happy that all the racist people are leaving, however. My neighbors are of all creeds and colors, and are clean good poeple who have been very helpful and courtious. Perhaps you experience is just a reflection of your bad attitude and l;ack of eductaion. For the record, gringo is a racist term that applies to white poeple...perhaps you need a new redneck to english dictionary.

Well , money doesn't change anything, low-class you are, low-class you will. I hope your kids is not one of the thieves who were caught couple of weeks ago when tried to steal a bicycle. Funny thing, it was a Puerto Rican who just moved in to Royal Crest. Last week police came to arrest another thief, origin=Puerto Rican, who was breaking into an apartment and his mom knew about it, so now they are out, funny thing, all these thieves came from Lawrence. 3 months ago, an hispanic man tried to kidnap a kid inside royal Crest, he was caught in Lawrence. Low-class you are, low-class you will. An being Domincan, who are the same ugly people, I do not think there is something different as these low-class Puerto Ricans. Here we are not talking about racism, I do not know why you are saying that my queen of dollars, there are black americans living in Royal Crest, who have better education, they do not cause any troubles, but you black Puerto Ricans are the worst, can't live as humans and you can see how they did not stop at all, driving 40 mph inside the complex, do not respect anybody, you are dirty, ugly and uneducated. I am pretty sure you are those nurses that go and help illegal aliens to get free benefits and your husband , of course an attorney , he needs to learn the law so he can help all those delinquents in Lawrence. We have seen cases when the attorney goes to jail joining the delinquents, I hope that is not going to be your case. Please go back to Lawrence, you have destroyed that city, keep your ugliness and low-class there, even all your millions of dollars you get to be a nurse will have more value there, you can buy your bananas and rice cheaper in those dirty mercados. What "A" class observations. If you're referring to hispanic looking individuals as Puerto Rican "spics," then obviously all white are trailer trash. If you can't tell the difference - it works both ways! Racist comments only prove ignorance and fear! I do agree that there are less appealing individuals with whom we rather not live with, nevertheless, it's across all cultures. Clearly, racism is real and alive. Diversity and cultural differences scare individuals that prove to have little or no tolerance for life itself! Under no circumstance should there be tolerance for any type of crime or violence in ANY RACE COLOR OR CREED!
