i have lived here at royal crest for 4 months and my experience here is great, i live on a 1st floor apartment 2 bedroom and 1 bath. my neighbors are all nice and VERY VERY quiet, i cannot hear a peep out of anyone. I dont have any mold in my apartment, some people say there would be; but i guess its just peoples living condition (and to remind you guys i DO LIVE on a 1st floor). The noise level here is close to none. grounds is gorgeous they do a evry good job landscaping the area. It is good to know that at night there is a guard station with a camera looking at everyone coming in and out. And i do see the guards doing their rounds at night. Constuction is well, and maintenance usally gets the job done on time. The staff there is GREAT!!!!! They showed me the right apartment and was very friendly.

Overall my time here at royal crest is great and i will be here until i find a house.

I have read the other ratings on here before i moved in. But the experience was and has been great!

**Keep in mind other renters as this is an aparmtent community and problems will arise, but as long as management can take care of it, than the issue is none. The issue might be you.

People's living conditions have nothing to do with the fact the BASEMENT apartments were not done right with respect to putting a barrier between the cement and the carpet on top. 'First floor' apartment is a misnomer! There are NO GUARDS AT NIGHT, THE GATES ARE LEFT OPEN!

Obviously this was written by someone who works there and this bogus post should be taken down immediately. It is untrue. Even if true, this person has only been there for 4 months, not enough time to learn about the awful conditions. This person cannot 'hear a peep' out of anyone. That is just not possible. This may have to do with the person living there supposedly for four months. Wait until you get new neighbors, which you will when others flee the awful conditions and lack of truth or competence by the staff. If this is a legitimate post you really need to wait a little bit more until you start finding out the truth. Maybe you will make a new post in a few months retracting this and acknowledging youu were wrong. But I think you work there. If not, you have been taken.
