Maybe some people that are writing reviews are just dirty people which is why they have bugs. Also, maybe some people are just DEADBEATS which is why they get notices that they didnt pay their rent. It seems like you created this yourself. I pay my rent on time and keep my apartment clean

Nice Place Coming from out of state (Maine) and to still be close enough to work without traffic, noise, and ugly views is a dream come true for us. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, apartments not as up to date but beautiful area is definitely worth it.

Don't go to Royal Crest Unless You want to be Royally Reamed They keep the outside grounds pretty nice but the apartments are falling apart. The carpets in the hallways are filthy, worn, and ragged.

RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Royal Crest Estates, run by Aimco, rapes its tenants if they try to terminate the lease early. I wanted to move out 5 months early and they charged me 2 months rent and pro-rated one more month because I didn't give them 2 months
