Stay Far away from this place you will find black mold. Mass Health Department still fighting landlord for this problem. If you need something that needs fixing then forget it kis it goodbye because as long as you live there it will never work agian. The landlady does not know how to run a business nor does she know how to be a professional. I am not a resident I am a Lawyer that is working for a resident. I tell you this is not a place you want to pay a dime to. You pay her all this money thinking that you are paying to have things maintained, but she takes the money and pockets it and does not use it to maintain her complexes. Oh and if you are looking to leave her to move you to another place or to even buy a house she forces you to stay. She does this by giving bad referances and lying about rent that was paid on time and she says it was paid late.Even when the people she is talking to has the receipt right in front of their face saying it was on time. So word to the wise and stay away!!!!!!!

First, I find it hard to believe that any attorney would write a review like that, with poor spelling, and so personal, and no legal jargon whatsoever. Second, what does the landlord spend the money on pray tell? Third, if an individual paid rent on time, they would be able to prove that by showing copies of their cancelled checks. Fourth, if there was truly a mold problem, perhaps you should have advised your tenant to with-hold rent based on that until it was fixed, or to fix it, and reduce rent by that amount. Fifth, spell check would have made your review more convincing.
