I rented this apartment and at first they seemed so nice and sweet... well that was an act! I have had nothing but problems here. They rolled my lease without my knowledge and that is forcing me to stay another year. I have black mold in the apartment and it's disgusting. I have called about problems and nothing has been done. SAVE YOUR MONEY - MOVE ELSEWHERE! It's not worth the money at all, there are plenty of places about the same cost minus the hassell... please do yourself a favor and save your stresses for things worth it. this apartment gets a big "kiss my a$$"

if you have mold, you should withhold rent until something is done, or if you can, pay to have it fixed on your own then reduce your rent by that amount. as far as the self-renewing lease, well that's on you, it is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any contract before signing it, sadly most people don't bother, then they get upset when some provision catches them by surprise...
