This complex is way over-priced for what you get. I had a studio for $635 and I am now paying $695 for a two-bedroom in a private home, a mile from the complex. You can hear everything going on in the above apartment, and management doesn't care if the people are loud at 4 am! The tenants let their kids in the hallways running up and down the stairs, crying and screaming. It would be the complex's best interest to separate the singles/couples from the families. My building had too many kids roaming around the halls and screaming all times of the day and night. Management did not want to hear your complaints. I lived there for two years and they said they were redecorating the halls. They started it, but still have not finished....two years later. It's a real joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone - it is too expensive and there is no privacy!
