This complex is OLD. They keep promising to update the buildings, but years go by and nothing ever seems to get done. They keep raising the rent, but you don't see any improvements in your apartment, only in the Pool area and the Office. It's right on Route 1 and the traffic is loud at times. It is convenient to anything you would need, shopping, highways, etc. They have small washers and dryers in the apartments which is a plus. Good luck getting new carpets, even if the last tennant left iron burns in three of the 5 rooms. They only have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments here, so if you have a growing family, don't even waste your time looking at these apartments.
