Parking is plowed,you do have to move your car. Maintenance is on call 24 hrs, for emergencys. There is still work being done on the premise, which can be aggravating at times. In-ground pool, play area's for children are available. Grounds are kept up. It can be noisy, but you can always call the cops if it gets too bad. After all they are MY neighbors. Some units have older carpeting, and fixtures, but what do you expect for apartment living. If I owned my own home in addition to the $1900. mortgage payment per month, I would have to pay a minimum of $70./ hr for any type of maintenance,and most of them won't come out after hours for anything less than $90./hr. They sure as hell aren't going to come plunge my toilet until morning, and I'd have to take time off from work to be there to let them in. There are also electric bills at $80. /mo. oil at $200. every 2 mos. or so. Water/Sewer bills every few months, and the rates have been listed in the paper at $6.00 /qf. And lets not even go into the property taxes. Last time I checked this area they were aprox. $3000./yr. and that was for a small home and lot. And guess what you get to mow and trim your own lawn and shrubs, pay for the gas to run the mower. Buy and change your own light bulbs. Call and schedule a plumber to fix the leaks, don't forget to take time off from work! If your roof leaks put a bucket under it, and then call the roofing contractor for a new roof at about $7000. min. YOU DO KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR OWN ELECTRICAL, DON'T YOU'''' Pay $35. to have your driveway plowed everytime, or get your own butt out there and shovel it yourself, before you go to work. HEY!! IF YOU DON'T LIKE APARTMENT LIVING YOU CAN ALWAYS TRY TO BUY YOUR OWN HOME, OR MOVE!!!
