I have lived here for a little over a year, and I don't agree with any of the negative things the other reviewers said. We live in an adult building that is very quiet, our buildig has a completely finished hallway with new carpeting, and the two times I called maintence about a problem they were there the same day and in one case they were there within 5 minutes to fix my AC. In the spring and summer the grounds are gorgeous, and the manager of the complex has been nothing but a professional when dealing with me. I have recommended this place to friends and will continue to do so
