I lived here for about 5 years in one of their townhouses and never had any problem. The residents are very nice and friendly, some have family and kids. The rooms are really bigger, a lot of closet space for storage, dishwasher, and private washer and dryer. The lawns are well-kept and plenty of space to walk, play tennis, or cool down in the pool. Maintenance response is quick and by the way you have your privacy too. Additionally the area is safe and secure which you should not ignore. Plenty of space to park your cars; I had two cars all the time I lived there and never run out of parking space.
