I've actually lived at Royal Park on two occasions, from 1992-1994 and 2003-2004. Reasons for leaving were professional and financial, but I wish I could have stayed.
Royal Park is always imnproving itself, and the grounds are kept in great condition. The apartment had all new appliances and washer/dryers, plus a quiet air conditioner in the living room. I lived nearest the street (Route 1), but the tree line cut down the noise from most traffic and its usually very quiet at anay time of day or night. Service is outstanding; if you call for maintenance help they are very quick to respond. Before I left the carpeting int he halls had been replaced, the railings and doors painted, and they wre in the process of resurfacing the parking lot.
Overall, I highly recommend Royal Park. If I ever get the chance again I'd like to move back!
