Just Say No. To Royal Park

The only thing "Royal" about the place is the absurd rents they charge. The other people hit the reviews exactly. The hallways have been in a state of disrepair and supposed renovation for the SEVEN YEARS I have been here. Before I moved in, they told me they were in the process of updating them all. Seven years later....not done yet! They are literally halfway done. The molding around the doors has never been finished. There is exposed insulation. The carpets are a disgusting mess and the wallpaper is literally hanging off the walls.
The grounds outside are very nice. They even wasted our money on a brand new inground pool and an underground sprinkler system. Don't be fooled. The outside is pretty and the inside looks like section 8 housing!
The rent increases are ridiculous every year. Save your self the aggrvation, skip Royal Park...find your castle elsewhere!
