I have been living at Royal Park for 2 years now and I must say I've been impressed (I'm not the type to rate anything, by the way, so it gives you an idea of how I feel about this place). The complex is immaculately maintained and the staff is very responsive. Most minor repairs that I've needed how been done the same day. I asked for a totally new kitchen floor as the existing one had seen better days and a new floor was installed within a month. The tenants have just been informed that the complex is having satellite TV installed with no cost to tenants - a real nice (and unexpected) benefit.
