Royal Park is an outstanding place to live. They are in the most convenient location possible to highways, shopping, restaurants, parks, libraries, etc. I am in my second apartment of theirs and currently live alone and I always feel safe here, even being on the ground floor. The parking lot is a little tight but there are always enough spaces and the neighbors are very friendly. I've had a few maintenance problems but they are always addressed right away. They also keep the grounds very well, making it a beautiful place to live. I'm leaving soon because I'm getting married and we're buying a house, but if it weren't for that I'd definitely be staying!
