I have lived here for about a year now and have had a great time. I live in a 2 bed 1.5 bath although the baths could use some updating the rest of the apartment is great. The heat is electric but really isn't that expensive and apts are well insulated. The maintence staff is great and are very fast when there is a problem. Occasionally like once every month or 2 there is no hot water one morning but that is easy to get past. The rooms are very spacious and noise is never a problem. The people are very friendly.

I have lived here for the last 3 yrs and every year the rent goes up $25...The apartments arent insulated at all so you feel the drafts terribly, not good when you have a baby crawling around on the floor. The other end of the complex is filthy. There isnt designated parking so you may have to park a little further away than you would like, which is quite often if your coming home during the evening/night. My car was broken into on the property, a police report was filed. I think they could use better lighting in the parking lot. The pool never opens until July... I wouldnt reccomend anyone moving here.
